閥門選型-閥門選定和管道設計時，應注意事項

伐門所選(xuan)和通風(feng)管道開(kai)發時，應準備(bei)重大(da)事項內容(rong)如下(xia)：

　　Selection of valves and design of pipes shall comply with the following principals:

　　1、據銅閥選擇場(chang)館(guan)、主要用途且認知有關(guan)的條例、尺寸、標(biao)準的、核心(xin)理念(nian)、許用承認后既能選擇使用更適合(he)多種追(zhui)求的閥體；

　　In terms of locations and purposes of valves, the suitable valves can be selected after knowing relevant specification, size,

　　standards,principal and permission;

　　2、知道止回閥的上(shang)班能力、使用(yong)媒質、上(shang)班有壓力、媒質室內(nei)溫度

　　Need to specify the working condition, applicable medium, working pressure and working temperature of media;

　　3、制定與地埋(mai)管(guan)相符合的公稱通徑DN  （mm）

　　Need to specify the nominal diameter to match the pipeline: DN（mm）

　　4、來確定(ding)與管連結(jie)接途(tu)徑法蘭盤式、內（外）外螺紋式、焊接生產式、對夾(jia)式、卡(ka)(ka)箍接頭式、sim卡(ka)(ka)托式、卡(ka)(ka)套式等(deng)

　　Need to specify the connecting type of the pipeline, including flanged type, inside&outside screwed type, welded type, wafer

　　type, clip type, groove

　　type,and union type etc.;

　　5、判定閥體的作(zuo)(zuo)業玩(wan)法(fa)：人工操作(zuo)(zuo)、蝸桿動、氣(qi)動式、電(dian)動四輪(lun)、液動、電(dian)磁(ci)感應動、電(dian)液動

　　Need to specify the operating type of the valve, including lever, worm gear, pneumatic actuator, hydraulic actuator,

　　electromagnetic actuator and electromagnetic-hydraulic actuator etc.;

　　6、確定好管道閥門的方式閘閥、截止期閥、節流閥、閥門、電動蝶閥、隔離膜閥、旋塞閥、止回閥、穩定閥、心理減壓閥、疏水閥、齒輪泵閥、來說水力保持閥舉例說明他特殊閥

　　Need to specify the model of the valve, including gate valve, globe valve, throttle valve, ball valve, butterfly valve, diaphragm

　　valve, plug valve, check valve, safety valve, reducing valve, steam trap and plunger valve etc.;

　　7、認定銅閥的操作狀態面(mian)板開關型(xing)、緩解型(xing)、很安全型(xing)等

　　Need to specify the working type of valve, including on-off type, adjusting type, safety type etc.;

　　8、確保調(diao)節閥 電機外殼及內件的資(zi)料(liao)(liao)灰(hui)鐵、球(qiu)鐵、高碳鋼(gang)、的鋁(lv)各(ge)種合(he)(he)金材(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)鋼(gang)鋼(gang)、不透鋼(gang)、蒙乃爾的鋁(lv)各(ge)種合(he)(he)金材(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)鋼(gang)、銅(tong)的鋁(lv)各(ge)種合(he)(he)金材(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)鋼(gang)、鋁(lv)的鋁(lv)各(ge)種合(he)(he)金材(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)鋼(gang)、材(cai)(cai)(cai)料(liao)(liao)等(deng)

　　Need to specify material of body and trim, including grey iron, ductile iron, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, monel alloy,copper alloy, aluminum alloy, plastic etc.;

　　9、選定氣動閥門的密(mi)閉墊性能方面耍求(qiu)、密(mi)閉墊分(fen)類或密(mi)閉墊透漏量

　　Need to specify the requirements on

　　10、判別電動閥門的保護(hu)耐磨涂層耍求、再生耍求、運送耍求

　　seal performance and grade or leakage;

　　Need to specify the requirements on coating, packing and transportation;

　　11、特異要的的閥門還應肯定(ding)構造總長(chang)度(du)(du)、氣動閥門(men)相對高度(du)(du)、外觀厚度(du)(du)、流阻、減排水平、用戶量基本(ben)特(te)征、隔離檔次、防爆設備機械(xie)性(xing)能等數(shu)據

　　Need to specify face to face dimension, height, outline sizes, flow resistance, drainage ability, flow characteristic, protected

　　grade, anti-explosive performances etc. for special valves;

　　12、制定銅閥的重新安(an)裝所在位置及睡姿

　　Need to specify the installed position and direction for the valve.
